About ICPE-SET 2026

随着全球能源转型和"双碳"战略的深入推进,电力电子技术与智慧能源技术的融合发展正成为能源革命的核心驱动力。目前全球可再生能源装机容量快速增长,新型电力系统建设进入关键时期,电力电子技术在新能源并网、储能系统、智能电网等领域的应用日益广泛,亟需一个高水平的国际学术交流平台分享最新研究成果。

本次会议将以“智慧能源·绿色转型:电力电子驱动的智慧能源技术创新”为主题,针对智能电网架构与可再生能源集成框架、面向能效提升的新一代半导体技术、人工智能驱动的智慧能源技术优化、多能互补系统与储能解决方案、能源网络中的数字孪生和物联网应用以及车网互动技术与交通能源协同等热点问题进行探讨,搭建电力电子与智慧能源技术交叉领域的技术交流平台,为青年学者和创新团队提供展示与成长机会。

本次会议由IEEE技术赞助,录用并注册的论文将提交IEEE Xplore数据库,并按IEEE审稿标准进行评审。

With the global energy transition and the advancement of "dual carbon" strategies, the integrated development of power electronics technology and smart energy technology has become the core driving force of the energy revolution. Currently, global renewable energy installed capacity is experiencing rapid growth, the construction of new power systems has entered a critical phase, and power electronics technology is increasingly widely applied in areas such as renewable energy grid integration, energy storage systems, and smart grids. There is an urgent need for a high-level international academic exchange platform to share the latest research achievements.

This conference will adopt the theme "Smart Energy, Green Transition: Innovations in Power Electronics Driven Smart energy technology." It aims to explore hot topics such as smart grid architectures and renewable energy integration frameworks, next-generation semiconductor technologies for energy efficiency enhancement, AI-driven optimization of smart energy technology, multi-energy complementary systems and energy storage solutions, applications of digital twins and IoT in energy networks, as well as vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies and transportation-energy synergy. The event will establish a technical exchange platform spanning the intersecting fields of power electronics and smart energy technology, providing young scholars and innovative teams with opportunities for presentation and professional growth.

This conference is technically sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database, reviewed according to IEEE standards.

Submission and Publication

IEEE Logo

所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 IEEE 出版,出版后将提交IEEE Xplore。

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

投稿注意事项

Submission Guidelines

  • 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
  • All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
  • 论文须按照IEEE会议论文模板撰写,英文投稿。
  • Papers must be written in English following the IEEE conference paper template.
  • 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
  • Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
  • 被录用且完成注册的论文将由IEEE出版,并提交IEEE Xplore数据库收录
  • Accepted papers with completed registration will be published by IEEE, submitted to the IEEE Xplore database for inclusion.
  • 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
